Plenty To Do This Weekend

If you’re here for the weekend and you have a day or even a couple of hours to spare when you come to Birmingham why not take advantage of some of the great entertainment that’s on during the Championships weekend.  Not too far away from the NIA is Brindleyplace and a whole programme of events for all the family and theres plenty of sporting fun taking place at the Athletics SPARk in Centenary Square.

There’s football at St. Andrew’s, the home of Birmingham City FC or how about taking in a play at one of the city’s theatres.  Starlight Express is on at the Alexandra Theatre and the Birmingham Repertory Theatre is showing Martha, Josie and the Chinese Elvis starring Maureen Lipman as well as Bullet Proof Soul.

For more information about these activities contact the venues directly or for visit the Brindleyplace and the Athletics SPARk pages.
